Wherever you are at, staying connected is KEY.
It’s an important time for us to stay connected- to stay “in it.” I had a coworker share with me that she spent her entire day off binge-watching a new show on Netflix. That got me worried about how many of us are just little lights flickering in our own orbit. If you’re having a hard time engaging with yourself or those around, please reach out to me. I can put on my coaching hat and we can come up with a different way of looking at things or taking action. I always offer at least one free coaching call to prospective clients or curious individuals. Maybe that's you, reader?
If you live in the Twin Cities, come connect at the Burl Gallery's Tiny Art Exhibit. All work is 12 X 12 or smaller and no work costs more than $100. The show starts 11/29 and runs through 12/29. You’ll be able to find some of my affirmational works, which are inspired by my own healing journey and coaching practice.
Ouf, did that announcement get you thinking about holiday shopping? It's creeping up fast. If you exchange gifts this wintry season, please consider supporting me during my upcoming Cyber Monday Extended Shopping Event. I sometimes resent holiday shopping…it starts to feel like a rush and a list, instead of a chance to connect with the people to whom I’m giving. Buying from artists and makers is a great way to challenge that rush. Plus, who doesn't need some empowering, feminist or abstract art right now?
Friends and fans, thanks for being here with me. If you feel like now is a time for you to work on connecting or even a time when you need a change, message me about trying a coaching call. I’m here for you.
Oh wait! What do you think of this week's painting? To me, She is becoming illustrates how we need to remain open, willing to connect, empower ourselves and one another. Disconnection leads to isolation and from there it's easy to spiral into doubt, distrust, insecurity, and a whole host of disempowering beliefs. Let's stay engaged, friends!
